Happy Together

Hello all! It's been about a week already. Yes, it's the holidays and I'm still taking a week to get a post up. So sorry! My life without going to school is boring as hell. If I'm at home (which is like almost everyday?), I'll be on Youtube watching some random videos and my kdramas. Been watching so many of them recently, oh and I've recently started to watch Master's Sun and I'm already done with watching all episodes. This is how free I am. I don't plan to find a job because I'll only be able to work for two months, who will want to hire me? I've actually thought of continuing but I guess I'll have to get used to Year1 first. Other than that, I'm turning 18 this year and I just want to have fun and live every moment.

Geraldine's 18th

So, I guess 'Sexy Six' is no longer unfamiliar to you and all of us just got together on Monday to give her a mini celebration. Let's go all the way back to the preparation. Instead of just buying or ordering customised cakes for her, we've decided to bake cupcakes for her! Went over to Victoria's place on Sunday night to bake, spent a total of 4-5 hours. Dead tired, went home at past midnight.

We wanted to pipe alphabets on the cupcakes using white chocolate. It failed, terribly. Ended up doing more work because some water got in and the whole chocolate instantly became crumbly. We managed to save them and still make it look presentable.

Monday morning. Only had a few hours of sleep and I had to get myself off bed and prepare to head out to meet the girls without Geraldine. Met up at JinYan's house to make her a scrapbook! This is my very first time making a scrapbook, so I was super excited at first. But when I started doing it, I just want to stop. There is really a lot of work and the whole place was so messy. Still, handmade things will still be beautiful no matter what because it's from the heart! Despite the difficult and tiring process, I'll still do it for someone else in the future. The materials were also affordable, if you buy from the correct places.

After we're done, it's time to meet Geraldine and set off to Marina Barrage! The moment we came out from the lift, whoooooooo *super strong wind blows nonstop* Since it's a Monday, there were not a lot of people there and we were like the only group who actually brought food. It was so damn difficult to eat with the wind blowing so strongly and all of us trying to calm our hair. I think it's a must for someone to spill a cup of drink on the mat and cause chaos every time I go there. CHAOS. Left after an hour plus because we all couldn't take it anymore. With all the bad things, we still hope Geraldine had fun and all.

Went over to Punggol to meet D after celebrating Geraldine's birthday, not exactly to find him but to find his six cute puppies! Couldn't stay the night because I didn't bring any clothes over but I went to sleepover the next day till Thursday. It's like a short holiday during my holidays. Good food cooked by D and we got to spend quality time together. By sleeping half of our day away that is. So thankful for you, D.
