Hi guys! Today, I'll be blogging about a heartwarming Korean film which I found out recently when I was watching EXO Showtime, and the name of the film is just right up there. It is a film starring Ryu Seung Ryong, Park Shin Hye and Kal So Won.
Let me give you guys a brief description about this film. Basically it's this father who is mentally challenged was wrongly accused of a few serious offences and after his final trial, he was sentenced to death. His cell mates and the prison guards slowly realised that it just doesn't seem like he really committed those crimes. Out of pity, they smuggled his daughter in but got found out soon after.
The starting part of the film was a tad bit boring but the remaining part of the film was oh so emotional. I have to admit that the comedy feel wasn't really there, maybe it's just me because I don't really understand Korean humor. But the emotional part was 10 out of 10. I was really angry when the father was wrongly accused and sentenced to death after his final trial. The head chief police slapped and threatened him with his daughter and asked him to just admit that he did commit all those crimes. What on earth, they never even bother to investigate and just wrongly accuse someone. Anyway, I can say that I really enjoyed this film, used up like 5 pieces of tissue.
A scene from the film when the daughter, father and his cell mates were all sleeping together. If I'm not wrong, they made the moon and stars light just for the daughter. Also, this is one of my favourite scenes from the film, so cute right?
Here comes the pretty Park Shin Hye who acts as the daughter when she grew up and helps her father clears his name.
Kal So Won who acts as the daughter when she was young. She is super super cute and pretty, oh my God I just want to be her sister. I will shower her with love every single day. Every time she cry in the film, I will start tearing up and cry with her in the end. Yup, she's that powerful.
This is the last scene from the film, as Park Shin Hye stood there in the prison again and reminiscing.
This film just came out in the beginning of the year, so it's still quite new I guess. If you're a big fan of melodrama, this is a must watch! I watched it from http://www.otakhang.com/miracle-in-cell-no-7-2013-hd-720p-full-movie-online/. Thank you for uploading it!
I guess I won't be blogging everyday from now on, haven't even started with all my homework. Oh well... Bye xx.
